once they sign off, it means it is up to code only. That is not the inspection you need to protect your investment. A

the industry. We have to constantly take courses, pass written exams on all techniques of the trades. Every aspect of the
construction trades are covered from beginning to end. Alfred Leo Pelletier is a graduate from Penn Foster Career School. I
have inspected homes since 1978, my experience covers all areas of the building trades. Academically I supported my career
with knowledge and continue to educate myself through continuing education programs. Through hard work and
perseverance, I achieve diplomas in: Home Inspector, Carpenter, Electrician, HVAC Technician and Plumber.
